• Achievement
• Belonging
• Control
• Safety
These aren’t concepts from a textbook or a theory.
They are part of the Más Coaching Framework™ I created through years of coaching, reflection, and lived experience.
Over and over, I’ve seen that these four needs show up everywhere: at home, in the office, and in the boardroom.

For Staff:
Achievement: A junior analyst sees their weeks of work recognized in the final report, not hidden in footnotes.
Belonging: A new hire from abroad gets invited into the informal team lunch. It whispers, “you belong.”
Control: An operations coordinator is trusted to design their own workflow to reach goals.
Safety: An employee raises concerns without fear of retaliation.
For Leadership:
Achievement: A senior manager is celebrated not just for launching an initiative, but for the lasting impact it makes.
Belonging: A VP in a male-dominated industry is welcomed into a leadership circle of peers.
Control: A Director navigating change is asked for input before the final decision is made.
Safety: An Executive admits a mistake, and the culture responds with learning, not blame.
