Leaning Into What’s Next

Writer: Gustavo LiraGustavo Lira

Change isn’t always easy, but it’s something we all go through.

Even when we know it’s coming, it still tests us—our habits, our mindset, and sometimes even our sense of identity.

After years in one chapter of my life, I’ve stepped into a new one.

And like many of us, I’ve had to figure out what that means.

It’s not just about what we leave behind—it’s about resetting giving ourselves the space to grow, and leaning into what’s next.

For me, that means continuing the work I love—coaching—with more time to connect with clients, going to conferences and events, and writing about the things that matter to us: our culture, our struggles, our successes, and the truths that shape us as men.

It also means building new friendships, teaming up with others, and rethinking how I support hermanos like you in personal and professional growth.

Some of it I can plan for, and some of it I’ll figure out as I go. But that’s what transition is, right?

It’s not about having every answer—it’s about reinvention and moving forward.

It’s about animo y adelantismo.

If you’re in the middle of your own transition—whether it’s work, family, or something bigger—I get it.

We all need spaces where we can talk things through (with 100% confidentiality and no judgement), gain clarity, and lean forward into what’s next with confidence.

That’s what coaching is about.

So, let’s connect and have a conversation about what’s next for you.

Reach out, and share where you’re headed.
