Alone Doesn’t Mean Lonely

Sometimes, it’s the most connected I feel—to myself.

This morning, I sat by the lake with just the sky, some clouds, and a distant jet ski humming.

That was enough.

Enough to hear my own thoughts.

Enough to feel.

Enough to shake off the day-to-day noise.

We’re not always taught this growing up—

especially as Latinos.

Caring for everyone else came first.

But self-care isn’t selfish.

It’s sacred.

It’s how we stop running and start listening.

I coach Hispanos and professionals ready to lead from a deeper place—

not just showing up, but showing up fully.

If this speaks to you, let’s talk.
