Mid-Year Check-In: A Moment for You

We’re halfway through the year.
That might sound like a milestone, but really—it’s just a good moment to stop.
To breathe.
To look around.
To ask: How am I doing, really?
Not the version of you others see.
Not the version trying to keep everything together.
Just… you.
Here are a few quiet questions I’ve been sitting with—and offering to others:
What has shaped me most these past months?
What keeps coming back, asking to be noticed?
Am I moving from my center—or just reacting to the world?
Am I giving myself space in my own life… or just filling space?
What do I want to be true by the end of the year?
And what truths—about work, family, country, self—need to be honored as I move forward?
There’s no need to rush the answers.
Just notice.
The midpoint isn’t a checkpoint.
It’s a clearing.
A breath.
A moment to return to yourself.
And if you want someone to think this through with—quietly, clearly—I’m here.
For a conversation.
Maybe even a coaching partnership.
Take care of your inner compass.
It’s gotten you this far.
