The idea of doing nothing, just chilling, and being…..without the guilt….is a lesson many first generation professionals learn.
Our parent’s sacrifice and struggles are embedded sometimes to the point of not letting us off the hamster wheel to replenish.
Vacations? ¿Que, que?
Truth is, to be successful at work is also dependent on the ability to step away from work.
A lesson to learn as a first generation professional, indeed.
